Gail Lowe Price, age 62, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014. She was born in Robeson County on October 30, 1951, to the late Tom and Peggy Lowe. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, David Lowe, Kenneth Lowe, and Earl Lowe. She is survived by her husband, Dewey Price of the home, two sons, Max Price and Matthew Price, both of the home, a daughter, Kimberly Price of Lillington, NC, one brother, Danny Lowe of Macon, GA, one sister, Patricia Inman of Whiteville, NC, and two grandchildren.
