French Mack Floyd, age 77, of Lumberton, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton.  He was born in Robeson County, NC on February 12, 1947 to the late Odell Mack Floyd and the late Viola Yates Floyd.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Lamb Floyd; three brothers, Jimmy Mack Floyd, Randy Floyd and Channing Floyd, Sr. and a sister, Carolyn Floyd Allen.

He is survived by his son, French Floyd (Gina) of Lumberton; one sister, Kathy Lamb (J.W.) of Lumberton and four grandchildren, Chelsea Floyd Walton (Tripp), French Preston Floyd, Ryley Morgan Floyd and Laci Maxine Rozier.

A time of visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 6:00-8:00PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 2:00PM at Floyd Memory Gardens, 3720 Old Whiteville Road, Lumberton with Pastor Jeff Blackburn officiating.
