Mrs. Frankie Neal Todd Taylor, 79, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021, at her home. She was born in Robeson County, NC on September 24, 1942 to the late Cantwell Todd and the late Violet Owens Todd.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Allen Taylor, and a brother, James "Jimmy" Todd.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Allen Taylor and wife Vickie Lee of Red Springs, NC and Eric Neal Taylor and wife Jennifer of Lumberton, NC; two daughters, Frances Bryan and husband William and Pam Smith and husband Lewis, all of Lumberton, NC; 8 grandchildren: Joshua Bailey, Draper Bailey, Kenny Taylor, Kayla Strickland, Todd Smith, Haley Smith, Mason Taylor, and Michael Tucker III; 9 great-grandchildren; a brother, William "Billy" Todd of Denton, NC; and two sisters, Dula Rose Parker of Fairmont, NC and Mary Lou Branch of Lumberton, NC.

The family will receive friends and loved ones prior to the service on Monday, September 27, 2021, from 1:00-3:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church, 5089 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, NC. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM with Rev. Blake Dodd and Rev. Mark Meadows officiating. Burial will follow at Speights Family Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
