Frances Inman Britt, age 91, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at GlenFlora in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County, NC on April 20, 1924 to the late Hugh G. and Sally Morton Inman. She previously worked as a RN for Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J. Clarence Britt; and a grandson, Cameron Paul Britt. Mrs. Britt is survived by two sons, Cameron Britt and wife, Beverly, and Hugh Britt all of Lumberton; a daughter, Ann Bailey and husband, Tom of Cary; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Lumberton with Dr. David Elks and Rev. Joe Bounds officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Faith Cemetery.
