Forrest Worth Pittman, age 51, of Lumberton, NC died on Monday, July 12, 2010 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. He was born in Robeson County, NC on January 2, 1959 to James Worth and Evelyn Campbell Pittman. He was a drywall company owner and worked in construction.

He was preceded in death by his father, Worth Pittman.

Mr. Pittman is survived by his wife, Julie C. Pittman of the home; his mother, Evelyn Ammons of Lumberton, NC; one daughter, Valerie Pittman Bowen and husband Garett of Lumberton, NC; two sisters, Gail Bruce and husband Johnny and Nancy Dudney and husband Perry all of Lumberton, NC; one grandson, Forrest Drake Bowen; and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Singletary Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Bruce and Rev. Mitchell Nance officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery inLumberton.

Visitation will be on Wednesday evening, July 14, 2010 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
