Flora Margaret Mitchell Spaulding, age 56, of 534 Dew Rd Fairmont, NC passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Morrison Hospice House in Laurinburg, NC . She was born in Robeson County on April 1, 1954 to Sicero Mitchell and Eltha Hunt.

Mrs. Spauldng is survived by her husband, Roy Spaulding of the home; one son, Corey Spaulding of the home; two daughters, Laura Hunt of Fairmont, NC and Angela Lynn Spaulding of the home; two brothers, Kale Mitchell of Fairmont, NC and David Mitchell of Fairmont, NC; two sisters, Sarah Jane Oxendine of Rowland, NC and Lola Hunt of Fairmont, NC; and four grandchildren

A Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at 3:00 PM at New Bethel Methodist Church in Fairmont, NC with Rev. Elton Hunt, Rev. Alonzo Oxendine, and Rev. Dewayne Lowery officiating.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont, NC 1549 Marion Stage Rd.

Burial will be at New Bethel Church Cemetery in Fairmont, NC following the services
