Flora Ann Smith Todd, 82, of Lumberton, NC, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Barney Smith and Hazel Brown; her husband, Ernest Todd, and also as a sister, Darlene Shook.

She is survived by a son, Stuart Scott (Renee) of Sanford NC; two daughters, Esther Scott Jackson (Cecil) of Lumberton and Brenda Scott Fong (Ronald) of Chapel Hill; a brother, Sammy Smith of Lumberton; two sisters, Priscilla Mizzell (Larry) of Lumberton and Kathy Meares (Elvin), of Bladenboro; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A time of visitation will take place at Full Gospel Holiness Church, 104 Carolina Ave, Lumberton, NC, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 11:00AM - 12:00PM, with a funeral service immediately following at 12:00 PM.

A burial will follow the service at New Hollywood Cemetery, Lumberton, NC.
