Faith Huntress Douglass, 94, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, in Lumberton, NC. She was born October 21, 1928 to the late William Register and Florence Parker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Register and Florence Parker; her husband, Robert Healy Douglass; her brother, William Register; and her sister, Elaine Blackwell.

She is survived by her sister, Lynda Moore and husband, Floyd of Rose Hill, NC; two sister-in-laws, Janet Register of Rose Hill, NC and Gerry Nicklas of Huntington, NY; her two daughters, Dawn Prevatte and husband, Kent of Lumberton, NC, and Lynn Sestito and husband, Joe of Bethel, CT; her son, Bob Douglass and wife, Marilyn of Norwich, NY; her grandchildren, Kristin Newberry and husband, Jonathan of St. Pauls, NC, Kiley Prevatte of Columbia, SC, J.D. Sestito and wife, Brittney of Statesville, NC, Cody Sestito and wife, Natalie of Berlin, CT, Shauna Hyle and husband, Tim of Norwich, NY, and Raina Douglass-Utter and husband, Brian of Norwich, NY; and her eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Floyd Memorial Chapel. Reverend Rodney Evers will be officiating. The family will accept visitors at one of the family homes following the services.
