Evelyn Ruth Stanfield, age 81, of Fairmont, passed away Monday, June 10, 2013 at her home. A Memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Fairmont First Baptist Church with Revs. Ruth Myer and Brenda Collins officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, evening, June 11, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. Stanfield was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eleanor Wingfield; and a son, Kenneth Stanfield. She is survived by two daughters, Toni Grimsley and husband Andrew of the home; and Victoria Hinton of Jackson, CA.; one sister, Jo-Ann Venable of Pahrump, NV; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
