Eunice Tyndall Sessoms, age 92, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. She was born August 23, 1925 in Cumberland County to the late William Oliver and Aimee Moore Tyndall.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Robert Sessoms, Sr.; one son, David Lee Sessoms; one daughter, Sandra Sessoms Fowler; and six brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her children: Barbara Sessoms Monroe and husband Terrell, James "Jimmy" Robert Sessoms, Jr. and wife Betty, and Debbie Sessoms, all of Lumberton; four grandchildren: Terry Monroe, Tommy Monroe, Amy Sessoms Thompson, and Greg Williams; and a special friend, Marie Young.

A time of visitation will take place on Saturday, November 25, 2017, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. and other times at the home of Barbara and Terrell Monroe.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2017, at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memory Gardens with Rev. Tony Stevens officiating.
