Eugenia "Jeannie" Cooper Wilcox, age 65, of Lumberton, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, February 21, 2018. Jeannie was born on March 20, 1952 in Conway, South Carolina, daughter of the late Tom and Edith Cooper.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers: Joey Cooper and Billy Cooper.

Jeannie leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Rev. Ed Wilcox; her daughters: Meredith Storms and husband Billy of Laurinburg and Jennifer Stefanko and husband Ricky of Hope Mills; four grandchildren: Kate Storms, Isaac Storms, Madelyn Stefanko, and Mallory Stefanko; and a sister, Ruby Britt of Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many loving friends, including her longtime friend, Donna Traylor of Conway, SC.

The family will receive friends prior to the funeral on Saturday, February 24, 2018, from 10:00-11:00 AM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton.

Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM in the Chapel with Rev. Billy Storms and Rev. Ed Wilcox officiating. Entombment will follow at Gardens of Faith Mausoleum in Lumberton.
