Mr. Eugene Hodge, age 74, of Fairmont, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Whiteville, NC. A Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11:00AM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Harley Townsend officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont. A Visitation will be held Saturday March 21, 2015 at 10:00AM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. Mr. Hodge was born February 27, 1941 in Dillon, SC. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hodge of the home; one son, Ronnie Hodge of Fairmont; two step sons, Eric Edwards and wife Loreta of Lumberton and Buddy Edwards and wife Lori of Lumberton; one daughter, Deborah Floyd and husband P.C. of Fairmont; two brothers, Dafford Hodge of Darlington, SC and Wayland Hodge of Lake View, SC; five sisters, Mable Todd of Charleston, SC, Karen Hursey of Fairmont, NC, Cathy Wilson of Loris, SC, Retha Tyler of Marion, SC, and Linda Gainey of Darlington, SC; twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
