Mrs. Esther Goodman Goldstein, age 79, of Lumberton, passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. She was born on May 16, 1939, in Kings County, NY to the late Phillip Fincklestein and the late Celia Polevoy Fincklestein. She was formerly employed in sales for Dial-A-Mattress, Inc.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Goldstein of the home; one son, Jon Elliot Goodman of San Francisco, CA; three daughters: Melba Lowe and husband Edward of Lumberton, Robin Michelle Satchell and husband Martin of Brooklyn, NY, and Sharri Dawn Jackson and husband Scott of Bristow, VA; and twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday, February 28, 2019, from 2:00-3:00 PM, at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM in the chapel with Rev. Joe Bounds officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton.
