Ertle Richard Lewis, 59, of 401 Newgate Street, Lumberton, NC died April 17, 2009 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Mr. Lewis was born January 16, 1950 to Jimmy Richard Lewis and Ora May Taylor in Robeson County, NC.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Linda D. Lewis of the home; two daughters, Angela Samianna and Michelle Lewis both of Lumberton, NC; one brother, James Lewis of Lumberton, NC; one niece, Doris Warrick; one nephew, Carroll Lewis; six grandchildren, Darius Lewis, Kendrick Jerald, Shante Jerald, Destiny Jerald, Phillip Samianna and Makayla Samianna.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon, April 21, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Holiness Church on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, NC with the Reverend Glenn Prosser officiating. Burial will follow at Lake Waccamaw Cemetery in Lake Waccamaw, NC.

Family will receive visitors on Monday evening, April 20, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Trinity Holiness Church on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, NC.
