Ernestine Freeman Page, age 68, of Fairmont, NC transitioned from her earthly body to her heavenly home on Monday, June 1, 2020.

She was born October 5, 1951 in Robeson County. She was a 1969 graduate of Fairgrove High School, a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church, where she was a past member of the Adult Choir and the WMU. She worked many years for Alamac and Contemporary Fabrics as a cloth inspector

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Ernest Freeman and Nora Bell Hunt Freeman; a brother-in-law, Ronald Keith Deese; an adopted son, Randall Hunt; two nephews, Spencer Freeman and Eric Arnette; a niece, Nudie White; her former in-laws, Matthew Cecil Page and Doris Page.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Jason Page of Fairmont; two sisters, Shari Carter (Tommy) of Fairmont ,NC and Norma Freeman Deese also of Fairmont, NC; four brothers, Lindell Freeman (Dovie), and Jamie Freeman (Kena) all of Lumberton, NC, Ronald Freeman (Lori) of Lexington, NC and Daryl Freeman (Machari) of  Las Cruces, New Mexico; a foster brother, Jimmy Jones (Belinda) of Lumberton, NC; special nieces and nephews, Kristen, Noah, Kenleigh, Josetta, Jeremy, Justin, Marie, Hope, and Becona; great niece and nephews, Tori, Christian, Cam and Jaylen; a special sister-in-law, Wanda Arnette; special friends, Ben Freeman, Jeff Hunt, Cookie Hunt, Misty Oxendine, Patsy Hunt, Tony Lawson, Phil Freeman, Jessica and Brennon Hunt; also her church family (Pleasant View); as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

A Private graveside service will be held at Pleasant View Baptist Church with Revs. Ricky Burnett and Lacy Lambert.
