Eloise Taylor Freeman, age 87, of Lumberton, NC died on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. She was born in Bladen County, NC on November 16, 1924 to the late, Fletcher Taylor and Mae Taylor.

Mrs. Freeman is survived by her son, L.H. Freeman of Lumberton; a daughter, Linda Wilkerson of Lumberton; a brother, Wallace Taylor of Elizabethtown; two sisters, Letha Freeman of Lumberton and Rae Hall of Bladenboro; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Johnny Bruce officiating. Burial will follow in New Hollywood Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton.
