Denise Bellamy, 62, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at UNC Health Southeastern. Denise was born in Lumberton, NC on November 4, 1961.

She was preceded in death by her daddy and momma, Bill and Gladys Faircloth; and her brother, Jim C. Faircloth.

She is survived by her husband, Troy Bellamy; her son, Shawn Bellamy (Jessica) and his daughter, Kenley; her son, Chad Bellamy (Courtney) and his daughters, Abby and Izzy; her niece, Marsha Jo McKenna (Lucky); a  sister, Billie Jo Driggers (PC); a brother, Gary Faircloth; her sister, Terry Lynn Carter; and two brothers-in-law, Tommy Bellamy, and David Bellamy (Trish). She is also survived by many more nieces, cousins, and loved ones whose hearts she touched throughout her life.

Denise was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, G-Ma, and friend. She loved her turtles, tending to her flowers, camping trips with her family, shopping, puzzles, cooking, spending time with her family, and most of all her granddaughters, Kenley, Abby, and Izzy.

Time may pass, but not one day goes by that you're not in our hearts. The day you left us on this earth is just a date, we know you're in a better place, at peace, and your legacy will remain in us forever. You will always be our sunshine. We love you more than we can explain.

A time of visitation will be held prior to the service on Monday, March 25, 2024, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton, NC. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at Floyd Memory Gardens, 3720 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, NC.

Following the burial, the family will receive friends and loved ones at Kingdom Place Church, 2610 East 5th Street, Lumberton, NC 28358.
