Ella Sue Bullock Stanton, age 80, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Woodhaven Nursing Center in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County, NC on December 10, 1934 to the late Ferris Carlton Bullock and the late Ada Jackson Bullock. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Carlton Bullock; and sisters, Louise B. Walters, and Jean Baker. Mrs. Stanton is survived by her husband, Arthur Randolph Stanton, Jr. of the home; sons: Arthur Randolph Stanton III of Leland and Ferris Bryan Stanton (Tracy Ann) of Leland; daughters: Susan Elizabeth "Libby" Stanton of Wilmington, and Donna Stanton Williamson of White Lake; sister-in-law, Mildred Kinlaw of Lumberton; grandchildren: Arthur Randolph Stanton IV of Lumberton, Ashley Elizabeth Smith of Lumberton, Bryan Hunter Stanton of Leland, Erin Elizabeth Stanton of Virginia Beach, VA and Ethan Parker Williamson of Holden Beach; cousins: Mr. & Mrs. Ben Pittman of Lumberton; and special friends, Dianne Sykes of Leland and Kevin Peake of White Lake. At time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 from 11:00-12:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc, 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton prior to the funeral service.
