Mrs. Elizabeth Rivera Hamilton, 65, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022, at UNC Health Southeastern. She was born in New York, NY on January 14, 1957, to the late Marcus & Candida Hernandez Rivera.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Hamilton; two brothers, Mikey Rivera and Eddie Rivera; and a sister, Yolanda Rivera.

She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Carrasquillo of Lumberton, NC; her sons, Carlos Rivera of Long Island, NY and Jose Mojer and wife Millie of Scranton, PA; a brother, Milton Rivera of Miami, FL; and two sisters, Addie Rivera of Miami, FL and Magalie Rivera.
