Elizabeth W. Britt, age 91, of Shalotte, formerly of Lumberton, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 23, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Wilcox and Rhoda Kinlaw; her husbands, Newitt Cox and Jewel Britt; brothers, William Wilcox "Sam", and Bobby Kinlaw; and sister, Rachel Ivey.

She is survived by her children, Thomas Jerry Cox (Ann), and Rosemary Wilcox (Johny Floyd), all of Lumberton; five grandchildren, Thomas Shane Cox (Amy) of Covington, GA, Lora Lynn Stone (Mark), Sherrie Parnell, Lisa Hardin (Randy), and John Parnell, all of Lumberton; four great-grandchildren, Austin Cox and Matthew Cox of Covington, GA, William Hardin and Ben Hardin of Lumberton; a sister, Helen Crenshaw (David); and a brother Donald Kinlaw (Doretha).

A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Gardens of Faith Cemetery.  The family will receive friends after the service at the graveside.
