Eleisa Locklear Oxendine, age 58, of Rowland, passed away Friday, September 6, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, N.C.

Ms. Oxendine was born November 28, 1960 in Dillon County to the late Wilbert Locklear and Margie Deese Locklear.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arristia Junior "OX" Oxendine; two brothers, Wesley Locklear and Wilbert Earl Locklear; two sisters, Margaret S. Sealey and Barbara Lee Locklear.

She is survived by a son, Arristia Oxendine II and wife Amelia of Fairmont; three daughters, Vallane Dianne Oxendine and Ericka Locklear both of Rowland and Arlena Victoria Oxendine of Fairmont; two sisters, Doris Oxendine and Judy Jacobs both of Rowland; five grandchildren, Mahaley, Makenley, Landon, Davidson, and Eneisha; a special friend, Barbara Stewart, her loving pet Lovely Oxendine; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 10, 2019 from 7-9pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 3pm at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont.

Burial will follow in Benson Chapel Church Cemetery.
