Edna Lucille Smith Sealey, age 82, of Fayetteville, NC died on Friday, September 17, 2010 at Cape Fear Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born in Robeson County on June 3, 1928 to Claude Simpson and Ola Butler Smith. She previously worked for the United States Selective Service as a secretary. She was a member of Lady Lions.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Sealey,Jr. and her parents, Claude and Ola Smith.

Mrs. Sealey is survived by a son, Jeffrey Benjamin Sealey and wife, Rachel of Charlotte, NC; a daughter, Diane Sealey Black of Fayetteville, NC; and four grandchildren, Joshua Sealey, Travis Williams, Laura Williams and S. Sgt. Donnie Williams.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton with Rev. Joe Bounds and Rev. Robbie Byrd officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton.

Visitation will be on Tuesday evening, September 21 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
