Ms. Edna Earle Parker, age 82, of Orrum, NC, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019, at Wesley Pines Retirement Center in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Robeson County on July 9, 1937 to the late Allen Parker and the late Mollie Britt Parker. She will be remembered for her many years as a seamstress.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers: Johnson Parker, Rexford Parker, and George Parker; and four sisters: Alma Parker Britt, Clara Mae Parker Phillips, Marlene Parker, and Isolene Parker Britt.

She is survived by one brother, Tom Parker and special friend Viola Britt of Orrum, NC, along with many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday, December 8, 2019, from 2:00-3:00 PM in the fellowship hall of Broad Ridge Baptist Church, 949 N. Broadridge Road in Orrum. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM in the sanctuary with Rev. Johnny Ivey officiating. Burial will follow in the church's cemetery.
