Mrs. Edith Ann Padgett Mincey, 69, wife of the late Harry Fulton Mincey, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Halifax Regional Hospital of South Boston, VA. She was born on November 21, 1943 in Alexandria, VA to the late Edgar McDuffie Padgett and the late Irene Luree Arnold Padgett. She was a customer service representative at APAC. She is survived by her son, Keith Mincey, of South Boston, VA; her daughters, Kelly Sizemore and Tracey Brown, both also of South Boston, VA; her brother, Buddy Padgett, of Dale City, VA; her sisters, Janice Pinney, of Inverness, FL, and Penny Miller, of West Virginia; and six grandchildren.
