Earl Wesley Todd, age 71, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Novant Health New Hanover in Wilmington, NC. He was born in Columbus County, NC on March 2, 1952 to the late Homer Bert Todd and the late Nina Mae Soles. Earl was a veteran of the U.S. Army and later employed as a mechanic for several years and enjoyed volunteering his time as a fireman.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Heather Todd.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Todd; his sons, Jonathan "Eddie" Cox and Larry Cox; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Benny Todd.

At this time, no immediate services are scheduled. The family plans to hold a Celebration of Life honoring Earl's memory in March 2024. We will announce further details as they become available.
