Earl Ray Hunt's Obituary
Earl Ray Hunt, 74 of 182 June Road, Lumberton, NC, died Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, NC. He was born to the late June Hunt and Joshephine Hammonds December 2, 1934 in Robeson County, NC.
He was preceded in death by his parents June and Josephine Hammonds Hunt and his son Earl Dean Hunt.
He is survived by his wife Ella Mae Jacobs Hunt of the home; 1 son, Edward Hunt of Charlotte, NC; 2 daughters, Evelyn Bruce of Dudley, NC and Susan Hunt of Lumberton, NC; 2 sisters, Elizabeth Griffin of Lumberton, NC and Bonnie Hermann of Baltimore, MD; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 5, 2009 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory in Lumberton, NC.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2009 at Gardens of Faith Cemetary at 11:00 AM with Rev. David Hunt officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts should be sent to Southeastern Hospice House, 1100 Pine Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358.
