Mrs. Dula Mae Hunt Kuehmichel, 85, passed away Thursday, February 07, 2013 at Southeastern Hospice House of Lumberton. She was born on March 21, 1927 in Robeson County to the late Plummer Hunt and the late Eula Oxendine Hunt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Kuehmichel. Mrs. Kuehmichel is survived by her daughter, Michelle Falango and husband, Christopher, and their children, Samantha and Alexandra Falango, all of Hamden, Connecticut; her sister, Mary Chavis, of Fairmont; two sisters-in-law, Katie Schneiker and husband, Josef, of Colgate, Wisconsin, and Ruth Wright, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and a host of nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Joe Bounds officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Visitation will take place an hour prior to the service on Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.
