Dorothy Hunt Frost was born June 20 1937 in Robeson County She departed this life on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the age of 73, at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC.

Precded in death by her mother, Betty Hunt, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Leaving behind a life long companion of 38 years, David Jones, a son Phil Oxendine and wife Christine of Rowland; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 20, 2011 at Pleasant View Baptist Church at 3:00 P.M. with Revs. Ricky Burnett, James Russell Hunt and Junior Upchurch.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 19, 2011 from 7-9pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont and other times at the home of her niece Louberta Oxendine, 1912 Case St. Lumberton, NC
