Dorothy Taylor Cabral passed away on March 14, 2009 at Southeastern Hospice House with her family by her side after her courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 2, 1932 in Indian Orchard, MA to the late David and Edna Taylor. She married Antonio \\"Tony\\" Crabal October, 22, 1951 and celebrated 57 wonderful years together. She is a devoted member of the St. Frances DeSales Catholic Church and was actively involved with the former Catholic school. Although Dorothy enjoyed her time with her surviving sisters and Red Hatters she especially loved quality time she was blessed to have with her loving and devoted family.

Dorothy is survived by her husband Antonio Cabral; her three sons Mark Cabral and his wife Carol, Anthony \\"Bug\\" Cabral and his wife Sheila, and Kenneth Cabral and his wife Wendy; her two daughters Nancy Belflower and her husband Frank and Noreen Tilley and her husband Jay; her brother Leonard Taylor; and her two sisters Geraldine Scarfe and Edna Potter. She leaves nine grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her brother Clarence Taylor.

Her funeral will be Monday, March 16, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church with the Rev. Robert Yankevitch officiating. Her burial will be held in the Gardens of Faith Cemetery on Monday, March 16, 2009.

Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton, NC.
