Ms. Donnie Bell Hunt, 87, passed away Friday, November 7, 2025, at McLeod Medical Center, Dillon, SC.

She was born in Robeson County on November 11, 1937 to the late Andrew & Lillie Jacobs Hunt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Roger Hunt; a daughter, Lillie Ann Hunt; two brothers, Governor Hunt and Datry Hunt; two sisters, Isabel "Nick" Hunt Sealey and Lena Bell Hunt; and a granddaughter, Miranda Carol Hunt.

She loved spending time with her family, she loved working in her flowers, cooking, fishing, sewing, watching wrestling on TV, and most of all she loved to ride and go to different places.

She is survived by three sons, Steve Hunt (Linda Mussey) of Fairmont, Alford Hunt (Brenda) of Fairmont, and Stephen Hunt (Clarissa) of Maxton; four grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; a special great-granddaughter, Paizlee Hunt, who she considered as her daughter; a special niece, Sue Deal of Fairmont and her caregiver, Cheryl Locklear and a host of other relatives and friends.

A time of visitation will take place on Monday, November 10, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services, Inc., 1549 Marion Stage Road, Fairmont.

A funeral service will immediately follow in the chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Howard Jacobs and Rev. Crafton Chavis officiating. Burial will follow at Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 427 Gaddy Road, Fairmont.
