Mrs. Donna Lynn Jacobs, age 44, departed this life to her heavenly home on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at her home in Fairmont, NC surrounded by her family. Donna was born on May 8, 1979 in Robeson County.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mary Lois Locklear and Lester Locklear, and paternal grandparents, Julia Knight Jacobs and Jiles Jacobs Sr., and Uncle Harold B. Locklear, Aunt Jane Britt, Cousins Carole Simmons, and Sandra White.

She is survived by her husband, Ledger O'Brian Jacobs of the home, two children, Zachary D. Jacobs of Pembroke, NC and Makaylie C. Jacobs of the home, her parents, Joel Jacobs Sr. and Lucy L. Jacobs of Lumberton, NC; one sister, Savannah J. Brewington (Timothy), one brother, Joey Jacobs Jr. (Mallory), one niece and two nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.

Donna was a dedicated worker at the Town of Fairmont and member of the Fairmont City Fire Department.
