Donna Burney Hunt, of Proctorville, NC, born in Marion IL. May 16, 1944; passed away July 28, 2018 due to a long term illness.

She was a former longtime business owner of Fairmont and Proctorville Mini Mart.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

A Memorial service will be held Thursday August 2, 2018 at 11:00AM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bo and Effie Cadle; father, Harold Rector (Ruth); stepfather, Roy Farthing; uncle Billy Cadle; aunt Mary Abbitt and stepson, Matthew Hunt.

She is survived by her husband Lee Anthony Hunt of the home; three sons, Joe Craig Burney of Hobart IN., Richard Burney (Drena) of Proctorville, NC, and Lee Anthony Hunt II of the home; a daughter, Dana Burney of the home; special son Terry Sanders of Fairmont; her mother, Sarah Louise Farthing of Portage, IN; a brother, Kevin Farthing (Patty) of Lake Station, IN; one aunt, Lawanda Cadle of Marion, IL; cousins, Jerry Cadle (Karen), Keith Cadle (Jannie) of Marion, IL; Jimmie Sue Johnson (Earl) of Troy, MO; a niece, Sarah, nephew, Danny; step sons, Marcus and Randall Hunt of Hamlet, NC; a step daughter, Monica Hunt of Fairmont; grandchildren, Summer Ann Britt Bailey (Zack), Seth Austin Britt, Desiree Craig, Kirklin Burney, Kolton Burney, Dawson Lee Hunt; great grandchildren, KyLee, Aubree, Tymber; and a host of extended family and friends.
