Mr. Donald Cummings, age 57, of 93 Hope Lane Fairmont, NC died Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 3, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Timmy Hunt and Bro. Donnie Lee Hunt officating. Burial will be in McDonald Church Cemetery on Hwy. 130.

Family will receive friends Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont from 7-9 p.m. and other times at the home, 93 Hope Lane.

He was born October 16, 1953 in Robeson County, NC.

He was preceded in death by, his parents, Archie and Lula Mae Bartley Cummings; 2 sisters, Darlis Cummings and Sadie Rae Locklear; 2 brothers, Archie \\"Big Boy\\" Cummings, Jr. and Jimmy Earl Cummings; and a foster sister, Madeline Carol Hunt.

Mr. Cummings is survived by his wife, Judy Jacobs Cummings of the home; a son, Don Lyne Cummings of Fairmont, NC; 2 grandchildren, Austin Cummings and Donovan Cummings; 2 brothers, Junior Lee \\"Skeet\\" Cummings and Donnie Lee \\"Cuppie\\" Cummings both of Fairmont, NC; and 1 sister, Qussie C. Strickland of Fairmont, NC .
