Dianne Carter Freeman, 50, of 407 Fairgrove Road in Fairmont, NC died on June 3, 2009 at Carolina\\chr(39)s Hospital in Florence, SC. She was born on October 22, 1958 to Anglish Carter and Mageline Hunt in Robeson County. She was an Assistant Manager at a restaurant.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Freeman is survived by her husband,Vernell Freeman of the home; two sons, Steven Freeman and special friend, Jamee Hunt and Erick Freeman both of Fairmont, NC; mother-in-law, Iler Mae Freeman of Rowland; seven brothers, Larry Hunt of Prospect, NC, Gifford Carter of Dillion, SC, Ronald Carter of Fairmont, NC, Donald Carter of Lumberton, NC, Robert Carter of San Diego, CA, Michael Carter of Rowland, NC, David Carter of Lumberton, NC; special friend, Debbie Troutman of Lumberton, NC; special caregiver, Betty Oxendine; special friend, Stanley Freeman; brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2009 at 3:00 PM at the New Bethel Holiness Methodist Church in Rowland, NC with the Reverend Johnny Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the New Bethel Holiness Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will recieve friends on Saturday, June 6, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services, 1549 Marion Stage Road, Fairmont, NC.
