Diane Michelle Smith, age 43, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at her residence.  She was born in Robeson County, NC on March 13, 1975 to the late Ronald Gene Britt and Judy Bridgeman.

She is survived by her mother, Judy Bridgeman Byrd and step-father, Kenneth Byrd of Lumberton; son Murichison Ray Smith, Jr. of Lumberton; daughter, Tiffany Leanne Smith of Lumberton; uncle, Michael Bridgeman of Lumberton; and grandchildren, Tanye Star Lewis and Juwon Murichison Lewis.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Kevin Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow in Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton.
