Mr. Dexter Oxendine, age 73, of Fairmont, NC passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025.

He was born October 28, 1952 in Robeson County to the late Malcolm Clifford Oxendine and the late Elvie Hammonds Oxendine.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lori Ann Oxendine; three brothers, Martin, Hal and Sunny Oxendine, a sister, Helen Strickland.

He is survived by a daughter, Toni Oxendine (Thaddues Rogers, Jr.) of Lumberton; two brothers, Ronald Oxendine (Connie) of Fairmont and Jeff Oxendine (Patty) of Ohio; four grandchildren, Faith Rogers, Malachi Rogers, Hannah Rogers and Carrington Mitchell and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Friday, November 14, 2025 from 1:00-2:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services, Inc., 1549 Marion Stage Road, Fairmont.

A graveside service will follow the visitation at 2:30PM at The Oxendine Family Cemetery, 14125 NC Hwy. 41 South, Fairmont.
