Deffie Lee Bridgeman, age 62, of Lumberton, NC died on Thursday, June 29, 2017.   She was born in Robeson County, NC on June 6, 1955 to the late Earl Ray and Sadie Rae Warwick Lee.  She was a hotel manager for Econo Lodge.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Tommy Harold Stone; brothers, Earl Wayne and Tony Lee; sister-in-law, Barbara Bridgeman; and a nephew, Jimmy Earl Lee.

Mrs. Bridgeman is survived by her husband, James Bridgeman of the home; brothers, Allen Lee (Cathy), Tommy Lee (Jan), Johnny Lee (Janet) all of Lumberton; a sister, Wanda Rogers (Danny K.) of Lumberton; grandchildren, Nicholas Stone and Dalton Hursey; sister-in-law, Susie Sykes of Lumberton; daughter-in-law, Teresa Hursey (Johnnie); nieces and nephews, Tammy, Ricky, Clayton, Ronnie, Angie, Toni, Christy, Steve, Melissa, Doris, Jennifer, Susan, Christopher, Wavon, and Donnie.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 3, 2017 at 4:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bruce Brumfield officiating.  Burial will follow the service at Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton.  A time of visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM Monday prior to the service.
