Debra Lawson O\\chr(39)Tuel, 58, of Orrum, NC died Monday, March 9, 2009 at Duke University Medical Center. She was born November 1, 1950 in Robeson County to the late Roscoe Lawson and Elizabeth Martin Lawson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving partner, Neil A. Bennett; and sisters, Dale L. Nay, Elizabeth Faye Foley and Emily L. Edwards.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 13, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Orrum Baptist Church with Revs. Gary Henderson and Robert Britt officiating. Burial will follow at Lawson Family Cemetery in Orrum, NC.

She is survived by her daughter, Amy S. O\\chr(39)Tuel; ex-husband, J.E. O\\chr(39)Tuel; brothers, Gerald M. Lawson (Fran) and Dennis E. Edwards (Joan); sisters, Lynda L. Prevatte and Gayle L. Wilkes (Robert).

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 12, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton, NC.
