Davy Linwood Britt, age 65, of Proctorville passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC.

He was born July 31, 1955 in Robeson County to the late Ippie Britt and Emma Lou Herring Britt.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Britt; and a sister, Patty Sue Britt.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbi Barnes Britt of the home; two sons, Christopher Britt of the home and Corey Britt (Shannon) of Tabor City; one daughter, Amber Britt Davis (Mark) of Fairmont; two brothers, William and Terry Britt both of Lumberton, NC; five sisters, Nancy Britt of Proctorville, NC, Joyce Joyner of Bailey, NC, Kay Smith of Knightdale, NC, Diane Bennett of Lumberton, NC and Lucille Baker of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren, Trevor Stone, Tamara Davis and Trenton Britt Davis.

A public visitation will be held Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 3 to 5pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
