David Lee Sessoms, age 60, of Lumberton, NC died on Monday, August 21, 2017 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton.  He was born in Robeson County, NC on August 28, 1956 to Eunice Tyndall Sessoms and the late James Robert Sessoms, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a sister, Sandra S. Fowler.

Mr. Sessoms is survived by his mother, Eunice Tyndall Sessoms of Lumberton; sisters, Barbara Monroe (Terrell) and Debbie Sessoms all of Lumberton; brother, Jimmy Sessoms (Betty) of Lumberton; and Ramon E. Morales of Lumberton.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton and at other times at the home of Barbara & Terrell Monroe, 4208 Aldwych Street in Lumberton.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Floyd Memory Gardens with Rev. Joe Bounds officiating.
