David T. Rozier, age 87, of Lumberton, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018, at his home. He was born April 29, 1930 in Robeson County to the late Calton Rozier and the late Irene Musselwhite Rozier. He was a veteran and a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Sara Rozier of the home; six sons: Michael Rozier and wife Teresa of Lumberton, Willie Rozier and wife Lori of Lumberton, Ronald Rozier of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jim Rozier and wife Wanda of Lumberton, Jay Rozier and wife Teresa of Lumberton, and Chris Rozier and wife Janice of Lumberton; one daughter, Theresa Rozier of Lumberton; 17 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; one brother, Ted Rozier of Lumberton; and one sister, Lucille Weston of Lumberton.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 26, 2018, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Mitchell Cummings officiating. Burial will follow at Rozier Family Cemetery in Lumberton.
