David Oliver Wilkins passed away on May 19, 2023 in Lumberton, NC. He was born on September 11, 1933 to the late Isaac Wilkins and Lillian Smith.

He was preceded in death by his parents Isaac Wilkins and Lillian Smith, and his wife, Ruby E. Gregory.

He is survived by his son, Donal D. Wilkins and wife, Cheryl; his daughter Rose Flowers; his granddaughters, Andrea Starnes (Kenny), Lisa Hunt (Dale), and Nichelle Jones; and his great-grandchildren, Greg, Sydney, Lora, and Chase, Tuesday, and David.
