David Earl Monroe, 78, of St. Pauls, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. David was born in Robeson County, NC on January 26, 1944 to the late John Robert and Mary Maude McLean Monroe. David was a truck driver for many years with Overnite.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby and Jarvis Monroe, and his sisters, Betty Kinlaw and Vivian Dean.

He is survived by his brother, Michael Monroe and his wife Judy of St. Pauls, NC.
