David Anthony Jones, age 67, of Fairmont, NC and formerly of Greensboro, NC passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC.

He was born November26, 1956 in Robeson County to the late Rodney Jones and the late Mildred Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Franklin Jones and Robert Jones; a sister, Betty Rose Jones.

He leaves to cherish his memories, is companion, Judy Hunt of the home; a step daughter, Shannon Allen (Joseph Perry) of Fairmont NC; two brothers, Billy Jones (Aline) and Terry Jones (Tina) both of Kentucky; two sisters, Josephine Collins of Marion, SC and Peggy Coleman (Leon) of Fork, SC and two grandchildren, Bryon Allen and Chloe Linzi Allen; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the home of Judy Hunt.
