David Lee "Davie" Edge II, age 42, of Lumberton, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.  He was born in Robeson County, NC on August 16, 1981.

He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Lee Edge.

Davie is survived by his wife, Julie Brooks Edge, of the home; his parents, David Lee Edge (Kathy) and Martie Edwards Davis (Murl P.), all of Lumberton; four step-brothers, Shane Lovin (Karen) of Wilmington, Phillip Davis of Montana, Stephen Davis and Larry Davis, both of Charlotte; one step-sister, Christy Musselwhite of Lumberton; his two fur babies, Shine and Lee and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members and friends.

A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 1:00-3:ooPM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton and other times at the home of his mother at 371 Windsor Road, Lumberton and the home of his father at 1114 E. Powersville Road, Lumberton.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at 2:00PM at Stedman Church of God of Prophecy, 5371 NC Hwy 210 S, Fayetteville, NC 28312, where he will be interred beside his infant brother, Lee.
