David Wade Covington, 51, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023. He was born in Robeson County, NC on July 28, 1971 to the late Jimmy & Elsie Bass Covington. He really enjoyed his career of truck driving over the years.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother,  James Lynn Covington.

He is survived by his sister, Betty Savage, and his nieces and nephews: Allison Savage, Kiera Savage, Brian Savage, and Daniel Savage.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 4:00 PM at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
