Darlene Lockley, age 52, of Fairmont, NC passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Darlene was born on February 20, 1974, to the late Montgomery "M.G." Evans and the late Etta Mae Britt Evans.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Lockley; and a sister, Etta Dean Boggs.

Darlene cherished her family above all and found great joy in crafting, cooking, and spending time with them. As a faithful member of Annease Drive Praise and Worship Center, she loved and served the Lord wholeheartedly and was a blessing to everyone who knew her.

Her legacy of love and kindness will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Darlene leaves behind three daughters, Tiffany Lewis (Sean), MeKaylah Locklear (Kelton), and Courtney Lockley; and one son, Chris Lockley (Leanna) all of Fairmont, NC; six grandchildren, Kaidyn Lewis, Tynslei Lewis, Emberle' Lewis, Kailani Scott, Teagan Lockley, and Levi Lockley, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Annease Drive Praise & Worship Center, 492 Annease Drive, Fairmont, NC.  A funeral service will immediately follow in the Church at 3:00 PM.
