Danny Wilkins, age 61, of Lumberton, NC died on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.  He was born in Robeson County, NC on September 27, 1956 to the late "Bob" Earl and Eva Hammonds Wilkins.  He was a self-employed farmer.

Mr. Wilkins is survived by his brothers, Charlie Wilkins (Lisa) of Pinehurst, Forrest Wilkins, Robert Wilkins, Larry Wilkins (Beth), Chalmers Wilkins all of Lumberton; a sister, Angie Wilkins of Lumberton; special friend, Mary Gay of Lumberton; special niece, Amber Williams of Lumberton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the Sessoms Family Cemetery with Rev. Joe Bounds officiating.  A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton.
