Daniel Brett Bourhenne was born in Robeson County, NC, on July 7, 1998 to Dante Michael and Denise Bourhenne. He is survived by his mother, father, brother, grandmother, grandfather, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Daniel loved people, animals, and the beauty of God's creation. He was able to experience many activities with his friends and family, including: bicycling, fishing, bowling, reenacting, target shooting, games, and many other things. He enjoyed music, photography, and working with mechanics.

Daniel was a blessing to us, his family, and his early departure leaves us with great sadness. He will be missed but the love in his presence and in the kindness he showed will endure as a reminder of the joy in life he experienced and shared with us. He learned of God and it was his profession that he knew Jesus Christ as his savior.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church, 5089 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, NC. Immediately following the service, the family will visit with friends and loved ones at the church.

Burial will take place on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery, 8220 Bragg Blvd. in Spring Lake, NC.
