Mr. Dale "Peck" Oxendine age 49, of Fairmont, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 2:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont with Rev. Glenn Chavis officiating.

Burial will follow in New Bethel Holiness Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Wednesday July 20, 2016 from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

He was born September 14, 1966 in Robeson County, NC.

He was preceded in death by his father, Benford Oxendine; three brothers, Calvin Oxendine, Earis Sampson, and Benford Larry Sampson.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Joyce Oxendine of the home; one son, Cody Locklear of Pembroke; one daughter, Dana Locklear of Pembroke; one brother, Mitchell Oxendine of Lumberton; one sister, Norma Jean Oxendine of Rowland; one grandchild, Joshua Parnell; a special friend of 15 years, Lois Chavis, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
